How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-4 working days once we receive the order
What size should I order?
What size should I order?
For most shoes we recommend going true to size but for models under the Yeezy category please order at least 1/2 a size up from your normal shoe size
*If unsure of what size to buy please contact us before ordering and we will assist accordingly*
What if I can't find the shoe that I want?
If your desired shoe is unavailable to order, please contact us with your details along with the model/shoe size required
Do you accept returns?
Due to logistics at the moment we're unable to offer returns, all sales are final.
*Some orders will be accepted to be returned if the product has been damaged/faulty*
Are the shoes authentic
All products listed are authentic and have been legit checked by the team
What courriers do you ship with?
We use delivery services such as Royal Mail, UPS and DPD
*Depending on the time of season certain delivery service provides experience delays which causes us to use certain couriers to ensure the quickest delivery possible*
There is something wrong with my order

Orders may be cancelled because of stock issues or due to the order being flagged as a fradualant order
